WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
For domestic orders, you will receive your shipment 12 - 20 business days after the order is confirmed. For example, if you purchase on April the 1st, you can expect your order to be delivered before April 28th. For International orders, you will receive your shipment 18-42 business days after the order is confirmed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel the order anytime before the order is shipped.
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
We strive for perfection in all we do, but in some cases, delays or errors can occur during the production process. Please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Team if you have any questions about your order.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
Yes, of course! You can change your order's shipping address.
I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL MY ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE. WHAT GIVES!?
Occasionally items ship separately depending on the size and availability of the product you ordered. Please check your Fishing Craves tracking emails for multiple tracking numbers, or reference your order details page to see if you have more than one tracking number. If there are multiple trackers, you will receive the remainder of your order in a separate package around the same time as your first package. If you only have one tracking number and have not received your entire order, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OR PRODUCT I ORIGINALLY ORDERED?
If you would like to swap your product for another product please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
Refunds: Don't like the product? We'll cry a little but we'll accept the return within 30 days! We will provide a re-print if a product is materially different than what is displayed on the sales page you purchased from, or a refund if a re-print is not possible. We may ask you to send photos of the product in order for a refund to take place. All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. For further inquiries, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
Exchanges: We will provide an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. Items must be received at our office within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date to be eligible for exchange. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team for assistance with an exchange.

All prices on our site are displayed in USD. Due to currency exchange rates, your total may be different than the purchase price displayed on our checkout page.
